1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms apply when you visit quadagents.com, use the QUAD AI chat, submit a contact form, or otherwise interact with QuadAgents online. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. The website is intended for business and professional enquiries and is not directed to children.
2. Website information and services
The website describes AI chatbots, agents, RAG systems, automation, product development, and related services. Website content is general information and may change as our services evolve.
Displayed prices are starting prices in USD and are provided for planning only. Scope, delivery dates, fees, taxes, third-party costs, support, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a written proposal or contract before paid work begins.
3. AI chat and automated output
QUAD uses automated AI technology. Responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They are informational only and are not legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice.
Do not rely on an AI response for an important decision without independent review. Do not submit passwords, private keys, confidential client data, health information, payment-card data, or other sensitive information through the chat.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful evaluation, communication, and business enquiries. You may not:
- attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or connected systems;
- use the chat or forms to distribute malware, spam, unlawful material, or abusive content;
- misrepresent your identity or submit information you have no right to share; or
- copy or exploit website content in a way that violates intellectual-property or other rights.
5. Project engagements, payment, and cancellation
A project starts only after the parties agree to a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or contract. That document defines payment milestones, change requests, cancellation, refunds, delivery, support, and any service levels.
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for timely access, feedback, approvals, lawful data, and third-party accounts needed to deliver the work. Delays in those items may affect the schedule and cost.
6. Intellectual property
The QuadAgents website, branding, design, text, and original site materials are owned by or licensed to QuadAgents and may not be reused without permission.
Ownership of project deliverables is governed by the applicable signed agreement. Open-source software, model providers, fonts, stock assets, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences and terms.
7. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may process:
- contact-form information, including your name, email, company, role, project type, budget range, and message;
- messages you send to the QUAD AI chat and the language you selected;
- a theme preference stored in your browser and a small theme cookie; and
- basic technical request and security logs produced by hosting and service providers.
8. How information is used and shared
We use information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve services, operate the website and AI chat, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website. Contact-form submissions use Web3Forms, chat messages are sent to the Google Gemini API to generate a response, and the website is hosted using Vercel. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
9. Cookies, retention, and security
The website uses a theme preference in local storage and a same-site cookie so your light or dark setting persists. We do not currently use advertising cookies on the website.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, service delivery, security, records, and legal obligations. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons.
10. Third-party websites and services
The website links to project demos, social networks, messaging services, scheduling services, Mansatak, and other third-party websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Review their terms before using them.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The public website and AI chat are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties for the public website, including uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuadAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public website, AI chat, or third-party links. Liability for paid project services is governed by the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sudan, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith.
